An essential part of a part of a healthy outlook is to cook food for the mind as well as the body. If we prepare our food with happiness and love there is enjoyment in making it and satisfaction in eating it. This keeps our spirits up and when we are happy we are healthy. 

Come and learn how to prepare a wonderful East meets West dish. There will be a demonstration of how to make beautiful homemade vegetarian cuisine with an Indian main and an English dessert.
